We will need information about the error, information about your computer, and details of when and where the software was purchased.

Error Information.

We will need:
• The exact wording of any error message.
• The name of the module causing the error if possible.
• The exact position in the software that the error occurs.
• Does the error always occur, is it always the same place?

Computer Information

We will need as much information about your PC as possible. Send an MSInfo report.

Purchase Information

Please supply details of when and where the software was purchased.
