When a protected exe is run, the DRM has to load itself into memory so it can run and deal with the authentication process. When it does this, it chooses what area of memory it uses. Our DRM can try and use the same area of memory as other DRM systems and this is the cause of the error.
You will need to identify and shut down the conflicting product.
Any software, like virus/utility suites, could be protected. Once the application(s) is shut down, hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and look for any processes called ~e5d141.tmp (or similar) and shut them down. The software should then run.
