If you are experiencing problems with the DRM and have tried all the steps here and here, then try the following:
• Clean the CD-Rom.
• Make sure the original CD-Rom is in your CD-Rom drive.
• Can you view the contents of the CD-Rom in Windows Explorer? If not then get a firmware update for the CD-Rom drive.
