Firstly make sure that you do not have any intentional debuggers running, if you do, shut them down.
It is known that some device drivers are released with debuggers still running. You will need to update ALL drivers to the most current, digitally signed versions.
Shut down as many background tasks and system tray applications as possible. Some applications install a file called amdfix.sys and this is known to generate this error.
The Creative Labs Audigy 2 soundcard is has a splash screen displayed at Windows start-up and this is known to cause this error. Disable the Creative splash screen.
Some applications (specifically Nero) are known to conflict and trigger this error message. See here for Nero help.
It may be that this error is unrelated to DRM. If the disk has got past the initial splash screen it may be a problem caused by the DivX Codec.
